Steps in the enterprise-console, locally via remote desktop I work with firefox, browse to http://localhost:18088/ No errors. Klick the administration button, select the scheduler tab. klick on the "new"-button. don't check the "Public Schedule" box. Fill in name, Group, Description. Recurrence: Daily Start Time 12 AM Check "every weekday" and no Enddate. Then I change to the Selected Files tab. There I choose a report without any parameters (no xaction, but I had tested it with a xaction too, same result)) click the OK button and receive the following message: SchedulerAdminUIComponentProxy.ERROR_0011 Unable to create a private cron schedule: test In the Enterprise Console the is this message: ERROR ThreadSafeHttpClient - ThreadSafeHttpClient.ERROR_0001 - Client request fo r URI "http://10.1.1.12:18080/pentaho/SchedulerAdminService" failed. Reason for failure: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error. In the pentaho.log this one: 2010-03-05 15:57:24,531 ERROR [org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/pentaho].[SchedulerAdmin]] Servlet.service() for servlet SchedulerAdmin threw exception java.lang.IllegalArgumentException at java.util.Date.parse(Date.java:595) at org.pentaho.platform.scheduler.SchedulerHelper.createCronTrigger(SchedulerHelper.java:268) A date parse error? Something I had registered. The date format in the "create schedule"-windos is d/m/yy , example 3/4/10 ( we have the forth of march today). Creating a public schedule is possible. Editing an existing schedule also is not working.
