'Re: [jacorb-developer] Sun bundled corba libs or jacorbs' - MARC

    marc.info | 2 years ago
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.jacorb.orb.ORB In this case, somebody else have decided on jacorb and I can't change that. My client is a junit test that calls an EJB in weblogic, which in turn calls some corba services on another server. Basically the following three cases does not work when calling, IIOP and T3 is the protocol used. IIOP and wlclient.jar T3 and wlclient.jar IIOP and weblogic.jar However, If I use T3 and weblogic.jar it works. If I put suns corba classes first on the classpath all of the above works. The client is a plain vanilla jdk 1.4.2, no jacorb classes or anything. This is the stacktrace that appears on the server: org.omg.CosNaming.NamingContextPackage.NotFound: IDL:omg.org/CosNaming/NamingContext/NotFound:1.0 at weblogic.corba.cos.naming.NamingContextImpl.resolve(NamingContextImpl.ja va:162) at weblogic.corba.cos.naming.NamingContextImpl.resolve_str(NamingContextImp l.java:415) at weblogic.corba.cos.naming.RootNamingContextImpl_WLSkel.invoke(Unknown Source) at weblogic.rmi.internal.BasicServerRef.invoke(BasicServerRef.java:492) at weblogic.rmi.cluster.ReplicaAwareServerRef.invoke(ReplicaAwareServerRef. java:108) at weblogic.rmi.internal.BasicServerRef$1.run(BasicServerRef.java:435) at weblogic.security.acl.internal.AuthenticatedSubject.doAs(AuthenticatedSu bject.java:363) at weblogic.security.service.SecurityManager.runAs(SecurityManager.java:147 ) at weblogic.rmi.internal.BasicServerRef.handleRequest(BasicServerRef.java:4 30) at weblogic.rmi.internal.BasicExecuteRequest.execute(BasicExecuteRequest.ja va:35)
