This does not happen with PDI 4.3.0. I believe to reproduce you should be using Ubuntu. The appearance of X11 in the stack trace suggests that. To reproduce: - start spoon from a terminal window. - change the terminals properties so that there is unlimited scrolling. Edit/Profile Preferences/Scrolling pane/click on "Unlimited" for "Scrollback". - don't bother logging into the repository - When the application window appears start resizing it. In Ubuntu this can be done quickly by double clicking the area just above that applications menu and to the right of the "Spoon - Welcome!" message. The window will toggle between maximized and restored with each double click. Resizing the window by grabbing the side and dragging it will result in the same thing. Keep resizing the window and then this will appear in the terminal window. The stack trace is long. You will have to scroll far back to get to the beginning. ---Registering Weka Editors--- Trying to add database driver (JDBC): RmiJdbc.RJDriver - Warning, not in CLASSPATH? Spoon will not terminate. Continued resizing will result in the exception being thrown more frequently. Shutting down spoon and restarting from the same terminal window will not clear up the problem. It one test the creating of the application's window resulted in the exception.
