    Running Forms under Internet Browsers

    Oracle Community | 2 decades ago | 3004
Java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sun/applet/AppletViewer" I found a Java Package in a zip file names under C:\Windows\Java... (in a Win 95 PC and not NT). Then, I created the directory $ORACLE_FORMS$/Java/sun/applet and I inflated the package in that directory. I did not get the same error. Webforms did not work better. Then I crearted a simple Forms application. I tried it under the MS-Internet Explorer 4.72.76786876786776876986... I got a window with the Forms' menu but there were nothing else on that window : no data field. The menu works! I trid the EDIT option and I got the value of the current field ... So you can develope applications with Oracle Developer in client/server mode and you can then deploy them on the web using the EDIT option of the Forms' main menu.
