com/remedy/arsys/api/ARException OIM_HOME/xellerate/JavaTasks/ (xlBMCRemedy.jar) is there? This JAR file contains the class files required for provisioning. 2-there are some steps you need to follow(check 2.3.2 Oracle Identity Manager Running on Linux or Solaris) to copy into OIM_HOME/xellerate/ThirdParty as well. Check Oracle® Identity Manager Connector Guide for BMC Remedy User Management Release 9.0.4 E10422-09 3-Did you check your JVM version for this connector requirement? I was wondering if the connector was built with JDK , like 1.6 and you are running JRE 1.5 JVM.
