Attempting to perform a HBase import using Quest® Data Connector for Oracle and Hadoop (formerly known as Oraoop) causes an IOException. Cause appears to be use of DataDrivenDBInputFormat.class in HBaseImportJob initialisation instead of importContext.getInputFormat(). Will submit a patch once I've confirmed the cause. Stack trace follows. 11/05/19 12:23:46 ERROR tool.ImportTool: Encountered IOException running import job: ORA-00936: missing expression at com.cloudera.sqoop.mapreduce.db.DataDrivenDBInputFormat.getSplits( at org.apache.hadoop.mapred.JobClient.writeNewSplits( at org.apache.hadoop.mapred.JobClient.writeSplits( at org.apache.hadoop.mapred.JobClient.access$500( at org.apache.hadoop.mapred.JobClient$ at org.apache.hadoop.mapred.JobClient$ at Method) at at at org.apache.hadoop.mapred.JobClient.submitJobInternal( at org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.Job.submit( at org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.Job.waitForCompletion( at com.cloudera.sqoop.mapreduce.ImportJobBase.runJob( at com.cloudera.sqoop.mapreduce.ImportJobBase.runImport( at com.cloudera.sqoop.manager.SqlManager.importTable( at at com.cloudera.sqoop.tool.ImportTool.importTable( at at at at at com.cloudera.sqoop.Sqoop.runSqoop( at com.cloudera.sqoop.Sqoop.runTool( at com.cloudera.sqoop.Sqoop.main(
