org.apache.lucene.store.LockObtainFailedException: Lock obtain timed out: NativeFSLock@D:\data\index\com.srccodes.example.hibernate.Contact\write.lock

There are no available Samebug tips for this exception. Do you have an idea how to solve this issue? A short tip would help users who saw this issue last week.

  • If I run jetty:run with a clean target directory, everything works OK. However, when I run it a 2nd time, I get a stack trace. Users should be able to run "jetty:run" multiple times w/o running "clean" first.
